ISMAAP Conference on Anticoagulant Therapy
The 3rd International Patient/Physician Conference on Oral Anticoagulant Therapy took place from Oct 18 until Oct. 21, 2007 in Salzburg. Representatives of nine national patient organisations (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland) and physicians from Austria, Germany and Switzerland discussed how patients could be helped to have a better understanding of their therapy and manage their own INR monitoring.
Congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) 2007 in Vienna
The international ISMAA/ISMAAP-Symposium “Management of anticoagulation in atrial fibrillation” (Sunday, Sept 2nd 2007) was of interest for 300 cardiologists around the world.
The 90 minutes session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Marcel Levi, Amsterdam/The Netherlands.
